Kopo Kopo recently took 1st place in the Web / IT Track of the 2011 Berkeley BPlan Competition.  We are enormously grateful for the opportunity to compete and are humbled by the recognition.  Most importantly, we see it as a validation of our belief that the Rift Valley, with Kenya at the helm, is quickly becoming the Silicon Valley of Africa.
